Issuer Branding & Email

Each issuer has a Branding & delivery panel where you control how its credentials look to recipients and how its notification emails are sent. These settings can be changed at any time — including on verified issuers, since they don't affect the issuer's verified identity (name, URL, email).

Opening the Settings

1. Open the Issuers page.
2. On any issuer card, click the gear icon (Branding & delivery).

Branding

Setting	Effect
Brand color	The default accent color applied to new certificate designs from this issuer.

Email Delivery

Control the "from" identity of the delivery emails recipients receive when you send them a credential.

Setting	Effect
From name	The display name recipients see as the sender (e.g. your organization's name). Emails still send from our verified address — only the display name changes.
Reply-to address	Where recipient replies to delivery emails are routed.

Why It Matters

Branding makes credentials feel like they come from you, not a third-party platform — one of the biggest factors in recipients trusting and sharing them. Combine these settings with a custom Certificate design for a fully branded recipient experience.
